Kloss House Brewery

The Kloss House Brewery is a small operation out of Merrick, NY and we want to bring the party to you! Small batch beers are the perfect addition to any backyard BBQ; or maybe you want something on tap for your block party?, perhaps a graduation party with celebratory keg of your favorite carbonated beverages? Nothing says congratulations like a locally crafted drink.

With a strong background in the arts, Kloss House Brewery knows what your guests might expect when you finally launch that CD you’ve been working on, premiere that Opera that’s been in the works, or even land the first gallery showing of your photographs or paintings. We’re happy to share that with you and pair just right for the big day.

The beverage you’re drinking was made with love but also brewed with the hope of moving to the next level. Right now our ‘brewery’ is a small operation that makes 5-to-10-gallon batches at a time, with a handful of recipes that have been tested, tasted, and special requested since the covid shutdown of 2020.
Your donation will go towards the next batch of beer that we brew and guarantee you a few a bottles to kick back with and enjoy.
Once we’ve gathered up enough funding, the next step is to EXPAND! First we’ll buy a canning system so you can enjoy our brews on the beach, or on the go. Did you know that we also make sodas and cold brew coffee? Next we’ll buy a bigger system so I can brew more at a single time, and lastly we will go legitimate and purchase a brewing license from New York State.

Until then, we’ll be bootlegging some craft brews for a customized drinking experience that you can have at your next gallery showing, musical debut, BBQ, black party, graduation, or sporting event.

New for 2025: Los Viking! Agave based mead in honor of Cinco de Mayo

*Edit - Los Vikingos was a Raspberry Agave mead that came in at 10.85% alcohol** It was lovely.
